Hello there ,
This is my first attempt at writing a blog never done one before because my life didn't seem that interesting but i wanted to share my journey of giving up smoking that i have done for 30 plus years and know it is time for me to give this addiction up. (Not an easy task ) but i am determined to do this and with the help of patches will achieve this goal.
